IMMEDIATE START $56 PER HOUR SUPER MON - FRI ROLE JOONDALUP LOCATION WEEKLY PAY CYCLE Maintenance Worker Great opportunity for a multi focussed individual to start with an organisation who strive to adhere to the following values: People culture first Safety always Flexibility targeted Health Wellbeing paramount The Role: Handyperson involving: Upkeeping facility with repair and maintenance works across facility Completing maintenance tasks to a high standard and support other maintenance personnel where required High level of carpentry experience as well as basic painting and plastering Use of MEX system/work orders accurately and efficiently, additional use computer and paper work required Liaising with and managing of contractors on site and assisting when needed Understanding of current building codes and ensuring facility compliance with required maintenance works Mechanical knowledge to assist fault finding and repairs Ability to work independently and proactively Other duties as required Experience - Qualifications essential Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally within healthcare sector Recognised Trade Qualification - Carpentry Mechanical Fitter Qualification - Desirable Solid understanding of Australian Standards relevant to facility maintenance.
